About Luanne:
Luanne is a cornerstone of our facilit8 team, serving as both our Operations Manager and Paraplanner. With an extensive background in financial services and management, she brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to our organization.
Work and Education Journey:
Luanne's educational journey began with A Levels in college, setting the stage for her academic pursuits. She graduated with a BA Hons in Sociology and Management from the University of Nottingham. Her career took root in the financial services and management sector in the year 2000, and she embarked on a remarkable trajectory.
Luanne's journey included completing a management training programme at Yorkshire Building Society, where she held various branch manager roles across different locations. Her career continued to flourish as she transitioned to roles at Scarborough Building Society, encompassing branch management and area manager responsibilities.
In 2008, she achieved DIP PFS qualified advisor status, marking a significant milestone in her financial career. She later ventured into running her own financial advisory practice before transitioning to paraplanning in 2017. Luanne's expertise in this field grew, starting as a freelancer and eventually becoming an integral part of the facilit8 (formerly CJP) team in 2019.
Beyond the Office:
Outside of work, Luanne's interests reflect her vibrant personality. She is a culinary enthusiast, enjoying cooking and exploring restaurants whenever possible. One of her most recent culinary adventures took her to 'The Man Behind the Curtain' in Leeds.
Luanne also cherishes quality time spent with her husband, Ryan, and their Cockapoo companion, Poppy. They love embarking on adventures in their VW campervan, exploring new destinations together. Additionally, Luanne has a passion for property renovation and interior design, which allows her to express her creativity.
Music also holds a special place in Luanne's heart, and she regularly attends gigs and music festivals.

Here's a fascinating tidbit about Luanne: She had the extraordinary experience of being on stage with Jared Leto from 30 Seconds to Mars in Las Vegas, a memorable moment that very few can claim.
